By using our high-quality siphons, you can create a batter that will not let your fish become greasy. Hence, allowing you to enjoy a perfect golden crunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 can of beer
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 8 (4-ounce) fillets of cod

Directions

  1. Combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
  2. Gradually pour a can of beer in it and whisk until a smooth mixture forms.
  3. Pour the batter into a gourmet whipper and charge it with a N2O charger. This will introduce air into the batter, making it lighter and frothy. It will help the batter puff up when fried.
  4. Coat your fish fillets in flour and then dip them in the batter. The flour will help the batter stick to the fish.
  5. Finally, fry the fish in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Finally, enjoy your beer-battered fried fish with tartar sauce and chips.
